Briarwood Apartments And Villas, in La Porte, Indiana, is the area's leading property management company serving all of La Porte County since 2010. We offer one, two and three bedroom units, and they have floor plans of up to 1,320 square feet. Our units have wood laminate flooring throughout, with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchens include a garbage disposal, a built-in range, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There are also stackable in-unit washer and dryer in the apartments, and a washer and dryer hookup in the villas. The amenities were better than a previous apartment I rented in, having my OWN in unit laundry and more dumpsters were important. These played a huge factor in the decision to move here, aside from the pool, gym, playground, and more parking spaces. 10/10 would move back again!!!

My parents have lived at the Briarwood for several years. Tiffany has always been extremely responsive, kind and generous with her time in making sure that my parents are having a good experience as tenants. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate them as they are older. The grounds are very well maintained and any issues that arise are always addressed quickly. I am extremely grateful for Tiffany and the rest of the staff at the Briarwood for creating a lovely and safe environment. 5 stars all the way.

What types of units are available?

We offer spacious One, Two, and Three Bedroom Units with floor plans up to 1,320 square feet.

Are laundry facilities available in the units?

Apartments include stackable in-unit washers and dryers. Villas offer washer/dryer hook-ups.

What outdoor amenities are offered?

Enjoy landscaped grounds, a heated pool with sundeck, picnic areas, and a children’s playground.

Is there on-site management?

Yes, our professional management team is available on-site.

What are the kitchen and living features?

Units have an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room area with a snack bar, built-in range, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Are garages available for residents?

Yes, garages are available for $95/month with a remote, and $85/month without a remote. If the garage is not reserved for the whole term of the lease it is $115 per month.

Is there a clubhouse or space for private events?

Yes, the clubhouse includes a Grand Room available to rent and reserve.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are pet friendly and welcome large dogs. Breed restrictions and fees apply. 2 pets allowed per unit- dog or cat. There is a one-time $350 non-refundable pet registration fee and a $30/month pet fee. Current Rabies vaccines are required and proof of spay/neuter is also required.

What lease options are offered?

We provide both short-term and annual leases.

Can rent be paid online?

Yes, online rent payment is available for your convenience.
